Are your olive tapenades salty as other products?
Not at all. We made a great effort to reduce the salt used in all our products
 
Do I need to refrigerate the tapenades when and after I buy them?
All our tapenades are best enjoyed within 12 months after production. You can find this date stamped on the lid of each jar. They are sold and shipped dry, meaning they don't need to be refrigerated before opening. But you must store them in the fridge after opening and they can be good for 12 months
 
How is your olive tapenade different than similar products in the market?
Our olive tapenade have very low salt content, free of preservatives, and have great and exciting flavors
 
What kind of olives is used in making the tapenade?
For our gourmet olive tapenade, we use the marinated black Mission olives, chop them, and mix them with four kinds of roasted vegetables
 
How I can eat your olive tapenades?
Our gourmet olive tapenades are ready to eat out of the jar as a snack or they can be used as a garnish, in salads with other vegetables, eaten with crackers, or add them to your pizza. Cook them with pasta, fish, chicken, or add them to your steak after grilling. Look at our REcipes tab for more ways to enjoy them. How old is Olive?
Olive trees typically live for hundreds of years. Many olive trees were found to be about 2000 years old or older. Olive trees are very hardy and drought-resistant. They are also disease and fire-resistant. Olive trees were originally wild trees but then they were domesticated around the eastern Mediterranean Sea basin. It can also be found in other countries bordering this region and in the US and Australia.
 
What kind of olives are popular in us?
In the United States, five major varieties are grown which are: Manzanillo, Sevillano (also called Sicilian), Mission, Ascolano, and Barouni. The Mission variety is grown exclusively in California and it originated from the first olive trees planted by the Spanish monks. we use the mission variety in making our olive tapenades
 
Are olives healthy?
Olives are one of the healthiest foods around. They are rich in Iron, Vitamin E, and Copper and are an excellent source of fiber. Although they have a high content of fat, it's the good fat that is found to increase the good cholesterol. Top 3 Olives health effects are: May help prevent heart disease, may help reduce the severity of Asthma, Osteoarthritis, Inflammations, and Rheumatoid arthritis, and may help prevent colon cancer
