At this time, we don't accept any order returns due to the nature of products and to make sure that all the products we ship new and are not tampered with.
we take great pride in our products but we understand that sometimes, some shipments might arrive damaged to our great customers. While we can't change that, we are open to refunding the value of your purchase if it placed on Google.com Shopping. You don't have to send us the damaged merchandise but we would like to get a picture if this happened so we can improve our packaging, shipping, and handling.
